These student built cabins are always well crafted and are a great value, typically sold at 25% under our regular contract pricing. 20′ x 20′ saddle notch, hybrid style log cabin shell for sale:

- built with 13″-16″ Douglas Fir logs
- a half loft is installed
- includes the ridge pole and posts
- 12/12 roof pitch
- plans are available
The openings between the posts are designed to receive conventional framed infill panels (see last 2 photos below).
The hybrid style allows for modern finish options, and will simplify window and electric install.
This log shell will make a beautiful little cabin.
