Course Buildings For Sale: during our log and timber courses at the BC School of Log Building we build wonderful structures that sell at a reduced cost. Our student built timber frames are always well crafted and are a great value, typically sold at 25% under our regular contract pricing. The next timber frame course runs in April 2024 and if you are interested in securing this course building please contact us.
- $15 000.00 plus tax
- 16 x 20 timber frame built with 8″ x 8″ Douglas Fir
- 3 bent, 2 bay frame
- 4″ x 8″ timber rafters (includes all rafters)
- 10′ side walls
- Mortise and Tenon construction
- Great for an outbuilding or a small cabin
- Will be tagged and disassembled and loaded on your trailer
