These student built cabins are always well crafted and are a great value, typically sold at 25% under our regular contract pricing. Below is a list of the standard sizes and prices that we build in our various courses. Custom sizes are available when enough time is given. If a student in our log building courses wishes to pre purchase the building prior to the course start date, we offer a discount of half of the course cost.
From the Saddle Notch Full Scribe log building course:

- 20 x 20 full stack log building; saddle notch, full scribe: $29500.00
From the Dovetail log building course:
- 16 x 20 dovetail log building, $25350.00
From the Timber frame course:
- 16 x 20 timber frame building, $15 000.00
