Join us at the Stonehouse Woodworks log yard in the heart of the Rocky Mountains of beautiful Golden, BC, Canada for a 2 hour talk and tour where we will discuss and look at:

  • Tools of the trade (past and present)
  • The different types of log buildings and the notching techniques used
  • What kind of trees are used as building logs?  Where do they come from?
  • How completed log buildings are transported and set up
